The impact of digital culture on the more natural aspects of life is something that has always excited an interest in me. I believe that harmony can be achieved between them. I show this by creating vibrant artworks that seek to show ones influence on the other.
All of my work stems from an observation of the things around me. This observation is then dissected to discover new meaning, thoughts and ideas. This is then manipulated and recomposed using digital technology. New objects, colours and patterns are applied in order to capture the energy that was put into creating the work. My work is finished when I feel that I have achieved harmony between the digital and natural forms, whilst creating something vibrant and interesting that provokes thought.
